Crafting Your Order:
- Should you wish to alter the course of your order, kindly reach out within 24 hours. Beyond this, the loom of creation is set in motion, especially for personalized drapes.
Exchange:
- In the rare event that our saree doesn't resonate with your sensibilities, we offer an exchange for another piece of equal or greater value. However, this dance of exchange is not applicable to personalized, discounted, or gifted items.
- To ensure the harmony of this process, the returned saree should be in its pristine state, accompanied by its original packaging.
- Customized or personalized drapes are crafted uniquely for you, making them final in sale and non-exchangeable.
Sale & Promotions:
- Drapes acquired during special promotions, discounts, or as gifts are considered final sales, and thus, are not eligible for exchange or return.
Quality & Authenticity:
- The hues and patterns of our sarees are displayed with utmost accuracy. However, the natural essence of the fabric means each piece is unique, and slight variations are a testament to its authenticity.
International Shipping:
- For our patrons beyond Indian shores, international shipping charges apply at checkout. As the journey is long and intricate, international sales are considered final.
- Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees upon arrival are the responsibility of the recipient.
